Volunteers in Medicine make a house call on this Sunday's Newsmakers on WBRE TV.
  
 

The monthly public affairs program is hosted by
Senior Producer Jayne Ann Bugda
and I-Team Reporter Andy Mehalshick.

   Bugda and Mehalshick will have as their guests, Kellie Renieli, Executive Director of Volunteers in Medicine, Dr. Susan Sordoni, Founder of the Local Volunteers in Medicine, and Dr. Michael Kowalski, Medical Director of Volunteers in Medicine.
    Volunteers in Medicine provide free medical care to working people who are uninsured.
The panel will talk extensively about the medical and dental services offered at the VIM Clinic located in
Wilkes-Barre that serves all of  Luzerne County
.
 They will also discuss the patient criteria and volunteer opportunities at the Volunteers in Medicine clinic.
    Newsmakers will air on WBRE TV this
Sunday, August 21st at
5:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.

   The program will rebroadcast on Sunday, August 28th at
5:30 a.m. on WBRE TV.  Newsmakers will also air on WYOU TV on Saturday, August 27th at 6 a.m.
