Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs Welcomes Mike Schmidt

Post Time for the prestigious Breeders Crown is 5:00 p.m., with all 12 races contested on one night. Over $6 million in purses is on the line for the night.
Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs is welcoming former Philadelphia Phillies third baseman and Hall of Fame baseball star Mike Schmidt to the racetrack on Breeders Crown day, October 19th, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. for a special autograph session. The location will be the Sky Bridge between the casino and the racetrack.
Authorized photos only will be autographed, and they are available at the signing. No outside merchandise will be signed. Fans may line up at 1:00 p.m. and obtain a wristband to secure their photo and their spot in line.
Fans may bring their cameras for a quick photo as well.

This is the 30th Breeders Crown celebration, and during the course of the evening, fans can enjoy footage of some of the past races of the last 29 years on the jumbo screen.

Tickets are now on sale for the Breeders Crown at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs on October 19th through Ticketmaster. Several options are available for fans to enjoy this prestigious night of racing, which will get underway with a Post Time of 5:00 p.m.
Patio seating is available, rain or shine. Tables of four are being offered for $50, and tables of two are $25. The tickets include a complimentary commemorative program. This truly is the best view of the beautiful track in Northeast PA, and is always a popular seat on racing nights.
A great deal for the avid fan is the VIP Tent, which will be set up directly in front of the stretch, and will feature a buffet and a complimentary commemorative program for $40 a ticket. Seating will be available under this tent as well. Limited tickets are still available, and going fast.
Both of these ticket options are available through Ticketmaster.
All 12 Breeders Crown will be contested on Saturday, October 19th , and over $6 million in purses is on the line for this truly historic night of racing.
