Man Charged With Murder of Teenager In Wilkes-Barre

Police say Jordan Stevens was on a mission to harm someone when he allegedly shot at three young men killing one and wounding another.
Detectives say 18 year old Christopher Narainasami and his two friends were in the wrong place at the wrong time when Jordan Stevens opened fire-Narainasami was killed and one of his friends was wounded-- Jordan allegedly opened fire as the three young men walked past him---Assistant District Attorney Jarrett Ferentino said--"There was no known motive other than Stevens said he was on a mission to harm somebody which he did--"  Stevens was arrested on a parole violation shortly after the killing and was being held at the Columbia County prison
