Kindergarten Sex Probe Continues in Wyoming Valley West School District

Parents at an Elementary School in Kingston say they want answers in an alleged incident involving sexual contact and three Kindergarten students.
Kingston, Luzerne County - Kingston Police, Wyoming Valley West School District Officials and Luzerne County Children and Youth Services continue to investigate an alleged incident involving three Kindergarten students and sexual contact amongst those students inside their school.

The I-Team broke the story last Friday involving two boys ages 5 and 6 and a 5 year old girl. Superintendent of Schools Chuck Suppon confirmed that an employee of the Schuyler Avenue Elementary School walked in on an incident involving the three children and said it looked "very wrong." Parents told Eyewitness News they are very concerned and wants answers although they did not want to be identified or put on camera. Residents of the community say they are stunned by the alleged incident. Mary Walmsy said, "I was horrified how could this kind of thing happen in school.

Where was the supervision?

Former Prosecutor Attorney Tom Marsilio said, "Cases that involve children that are very young are always a challenge. The will tell different stories to different people. It is tough to make sense of what they are saying in cases like this but it can be done."
