The Chamber’s Distinguished Citizen Award (sponsored by Luzerne Bank) is given to individuals who have achieved the highest level of professional excellence and who, at the same time, have given their best for the betterment of the Greater Wilkes-Barre area. “The Board and Staff of Luzerne Bank are very proud to continue sponsorship of the Distinguished Citizen Award. Bruce Lefkowitz and the staff of Harrold’s go above and beyond for their patients and customers. From the large scale renovation work they have done to turn a vacant building into a vibrant new facility, to the signature smart cars that make the home deliveries the Pharmacy is noted for, Harrold’s has that combination of professional excellence and commitment to community that we look for in this award."
