  Here's what we are working  on for Eyewitness News for  September 17, 2013.

  Today, September 17, 2013 is the 226th Anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution.

  According to AAA- We also mark an interesting milestone today.  Today marks one thousand consecutive days that the average price of gas costs more than three dollars a gallon.

  Two birthdays in the Pod.  First today is Caitlin Rowe's birthday.  Caitlin is our 10 pm Producer.  And a belated birthday wish to Weekend Producer Kirstin Cook.  She celebrated on Sunday!  Happy Birthday!

  Acclaimed singer-songwriter and novelist Josh Ritter will perform an acoustic show with his trio on Friday, Sept. 27, at 7:30 p.m. at the Weis Center for the Performing Arts at Bucknell University.

An exhibit featuring the work  of local artist  Diane Grant Czajkowski Artist & Photographer is now on display at Citizens Bank, Kingston Corners, 196 S. Wyoming Ave, Kingston.

  A three judge panel from the State Superior Court will hear arguments at 3 this afternoon on the appeal for Jerry Sandusky at the Luzerne County Courthouse.  The I-Team's Andy Mehalshick will have the latest

  Parents, do your children suffer from Homework Stress?  Some advice to help ease the overload of homework in our healthbeat.

  And on today's Veterans Views with Judge Tom Munley a very interesting topic. The Judge will be joined by Luke Brennan and they will be talking about suicide among veterans.

  Andy Mehalshick will update the appeals hearing underway for Jerry Sandusky at the Luzerne County Courthouse this afternoon.

  Laurie Monteforte takes a closer look at the drug "Molly". Teens are talking about it on social media.  Experts have alot to say about the drug as well.

Lots of premieres on WOLF tonight…. "Dads" at 8pm---a multi-generational male comedy and then at 8:30pm there's "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" -a dysfunctional cop comedy headed by Andy Samberg. Oh and "New Girl" and "Mindy Project" are back too!
"Million Second Quiz" forges on at 8pm…and then at 9pm, WBRE's "America's Got Talent" ----it's the final 6 acts performing one last time!
