  Here's what we are working  on for Eyewitness News for  October 23, 2013. 

  Okay-Royal Watchers-(this includes me)!  Prince George's christening was today.  I have some video posted under the web extra section.  I will also have an interesting story about the betting going on for today's christening.


  Okay Foodies (this also includes me)! What a treat today in the PA Live Kitchen- Chef Gwenael Le Pape is here from the brand new South Side Bistro in Wilkes-Barre- Chef Le Pape was on the Food Network's "Chopped"!

 Today's Features: 

  Namaste! The Weis Center for the Performing Arts will host yoga accompanied by atmospheric music on Tuesday, Oct. 29, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Weis Center Lobby.

The Williamsport Symphony Youth Orchestra is proud to announce the kick off of its 27th season with a classical concert led by Conductor William Ciabattari. The event will be in Williamsport at Clarke Chapel, Lycoming College on Monday, November 4 at 7:30 pm. The concert is free.

  In the PA LIVE Kitchen:  A taste of French cooking from the newly opened South Side Bistro in Wilkes-Barre.  Chef Gwenael Le Pape will be in our kitchen-preparing Diver Scallops with Champagne Sauce and Braised Leeks.

Just in time for Halloween the Theatre at the Grove in Nuangola gives us a sample of "Sweeney Todd"

  And NEPA Mom, Megan Galko is here with breast cancer awareness and products that help fight for a cure.

  Police continue to look for answers in the death of two month old Antonio Evans of Wilkes-Barre.  Today police served a search warrant looking for the baby's medical records. The I-Team's Andy Mehalshick will have more.

  Police in the Poconos are planning on installing more cameras in the downtown area! Laurie Monteforte has our story.

  Former NBA Basketball Star, Chris Herren, shared his inspirational story with students at North Pocono High School- Jasmine Brooks will have his story.

  On Eyewitness News at 6 and 11  Lindsay Keeler  is your producer

  A meeting to make some tough decisions at East Stroudburg University regarding staffing cuts.  Laurie Monteforte is at the meeting and will have the details.

  Eric Deabill has a story about honors for a WWII Veteran from Wayne County.

  The national fire dog monument is dedicated today.
