Hi It's Jayne Ann Bugda from the "Producer Pod"
Here's what we are working  on for Eyewitness News for  December 18, 2013.

Sometimes the holidays can be tough for people.  Here are two events that may help.

The Blue Christmas Celebration will be held at  First United Methodist Church, Tamaqua
124 W. Broad Street, Tamaqua, on Wednesday, December 18 at  7:00 P.M.

Wayne Memorial Hospital's Hospice and Grace Episcopal Church are co-sponsoring a "Blue Christmas" Service of Hope on Sunday, December 29th at 2:00 pm. The service is designed for people who "feel at odds with the feeling of joy and happiness that society expects this time of year," such as those who have suffered a personal loss-the death of a loved one, a divorce, illness or the end of a job.
