Eastern Pike Regional Police Department Announces New Website Launch

The launch of the new website is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and availability of information to its community members.
Eastern Pike Regional Police Department has launched a redesign of their website, www.eprpd.org. Along with a more contemporary design, changes have been made to the site-wide navigation to help residents find the information they need faster.
The launch of the new website is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and availability of information to its community members.  Emergency notifications have been brought to a more advanced level, as the website now provides access to the Department’s Most Wanted and Emergency Management Updates.

"We are very committed to our service and strive to provide timely notification of events and alerts happening in our area,” Eastern Pike Regional Police Department Chief Chad Stewart said. “With our website, community members can keep abreast of incidents as they occur.”
Additional highlights include access to the department’s social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook and Nixle. Nixle is a digital notification service that alerts residents to emergency weather events, road closings, public safety advisories, natural and man-made disasters, and current crime reports.
Stewart also said that the website will offer content that was not typically seen on the departments’ previous website, such as Department News.

In the future, the website will include an area which allows residents to request and pay for accident reports.
Stewart is encouraging web users to “like” Eastern Pike Regional Police Department on Facebook and follow its Twitter account for news and updates on the go. For more information on the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department, visit http://www.eprpd.org/ or find them on Facebook.
The mission of The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is to work in partnership with the residents and businesses of the community to provide a safe and secure environment through impartial police services by preserving the peace, reducing fear and enhancing the quality of life.
