Shenandoah, Schuylkill County - The man accused of killing a Schuylkill County woman in the spring, is back in Shenandoah to face charges.  Luis Nunez-Calderon was extradited from New York and arraigned on homicide and other charges Thursday in the death of Wendy Contreras-Hernandez.

The two shared a home in Shenanadoah at the time of Hernandez death in April.  Calderon was arrested in New York City a few weeks later and charged Thursday.  People living in Shenandoah are glad to see justice prevail.  "With these small towns here, now a days, people come in from the city and they think they can just get away with murder and I am glad that they get caught," says Greg Mirocke, of Shenandoah.

Nunez-Calderon is originally from the Bronx.  He remains in prison awaiting trial.
