Dallas, Luzerne County- Was it a case of cyber-terrorism or something much more innocent?
That's the question being asked in a Luzerne County School District.
The Dallas School District wants to suspend a 15-year old male sophomore high school student for allegedly hacking into the district's computer server nearly causing the system to crash.
The parents of the teen say their son did not receive a fair hearing before he was suspended.
So they took the school district to court to delay his suspension.
A judge will determine if the student should be suspended.
