Patsel’s Receives AAA Four Diamond Rating

Less than 4 percent of 59,000 AAA Approved hotels and restaurants receive this rating
Patsel’s, Clarks Summit received the esteemed AAA Four Diamond Rating. Patsel’s has maintained this celebrated rating consecutively since 2002.
Restaurants at this level offer a distinctive fine-dining experience and attentive service, according to AAA. Their offerings are typically distinguished by highly creative chefs using top-quality ingredients.

Patsel’s is part of a select group of establishments within North America. Currently, just 1,548 hotels and 729 restaurants hold the AAA Four Diamond Rating.
“AAA is delighted to recognize Patsel’s as a Four Diamond restaurant,” said Nina Waskevich, Director of Marketing/Public Relations. “To maintain the exceptional standards required for this rating on a daily basis is an outstanding achievement. AAA Four Diamond establishments are attentive to guests needs and consistently deliver memorable travel and dining experiences.”
The award is especially enlightening this year since Pat and John Atkins, owners, will be closing their doors for good after fifteen years.  Patsel's opened its doors on August 31, 1999 and will be closing exactly fifteen years to the day later on August 31, 2014.  Patsel's is proud of its superior service. Tasteful in every way, you can anticipate a mélange of rich architectural and interior treatments and exquisite table appointments complemented by original fine art. The restaurant has a comfortable lounge and bar, and spacious seating areas featuring private and outdoor dining
