QUICK TOMATO SAUCE
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 LB - 8 OZ Can Peeled Pear Tomatoes
4-6 Basil Leaves Cut into Chiffonade
Salt & Pepper to Taste
