No Verdict Yet in Dominick Murder Trial

Jury deliberations will resume Friday morning in the homicide trial for Jason Dominick.
Scranton, Lackawanna County -- Jury deliberations will resume Friday morning in the homicide trial for Jason Dominick in Lackawanna County.

Dominick is accused in the shooting death of Frank Bonacci last summer. He's facing charges of first degree murder, third degree murder, and conspiracy to commit murder.

The jury heard closing arguments Thursday, but after 7 1/2 hours of deliberation, the jury requested to return to the courthouse at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

The key area of dispute focused on whether the fatal shot was fired from the rear passenger seat or the driver's seat of Bonacci's Jeep.

The jury asked questions and requested copies of expert reports and photos of evidence presented during the nine-day trial.

Neil Pal is charged as an accomplice. His trial is scheduled for June.
