Saddle Up, Charlie.The life and struggles of Charlie Wysocki will be the topic of this Sunday's Newsmakers, March 10th.
   The monthly public affairs program is hosted by Senior Producer Jayne Ann Bugda and I-Team's Lead Reporter Andy Mehalshick.
    Charlie Wysocki from Wilkes-Barre was an stand out football player in high school and for the University of Maryland. He went to play professionally-that's when Charlie was sidelined by a Bi-Polar Disorder diagnosis.Now a new book is telling Charlie's story.
   Bugda and Mehalshick will be joined by Wysocki, along with author of the book C. Terry Walters. Owen Dougherty, President of the Scranton Chapter of NAMI and Jan Mroz, a board member of the Scranton Chapter of NAMI will also be part of the panel.The program will focus on the book "Saddle Up, Charlie" and will take a closer look at mental health issues and the support NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) offers people.This will be a very insightful program.Newsmakers airs Sunday, March 10that 6:30 AM on WYOU and 11 a.m. on WBRE.
