Local Authors Reading at The Cooperage March 23rd

Signed copies of all books will be available for purchase, or bring your own copy to be personalized.
On Sunday, March 23rd, support the local literary arts and join The Writers’ Circle of Wayne County at The Cooperage on 1030 Main Street in Honesdale for the Local Authors Reading and book sale.  You’ll get a chance to hear from several local authors as they read selections from their latest works.

Doors will open at 2:00pm for a meet and greet with the authors. Refreshments will be provided. The book reading presentation, moderated by Aleta Kahn, will begin at 3:00pm. The afternoon will feature four different authors and their most recent publications. The authors are: Leslie Rutkin, Bernard LoPinto, Will Wyckoff and Dawn McIntyre.

Counting the Days-366 Days in Prison by Leslie Rutkin, is a love story that takes place in the era when corruption in the NYC police department was rampant.  Power in the Blood by Bernard LoPinto, tells a story of a failed minister who struggles with faith and despair, regret and renewal, betrayal and love.  Birds on a Wire by Will Wyckoff is a romantic thriller that chronicles the dangerous, emotional roller coaster ride of two lovers who learn that their life is in grave danger.  Last, but not least, Zookeeper by Dawn McIntyre, is about a small community struggling with rural/urban conflict.

Come and support local authors and The Writers’ Circle of Wayne County on Sunday, March 23rd from 2:00 to 6:00pm. Signed copies of all books will be available for purchase, or bring your own copy to be personalized.
