RUSSIAN BLINTZES:  BATTER
2 Eggs
3 Cups of Milk (1%)
2 Cups White All Purpose Flour
2-3 TBSP of White Sugar
1/3 TSP of Salt
1-2 TBSP of Sunlower or Veg. Oil

RUSSIAN BLINTZES:  FILLING
2 - 7.5 OZ of Farmer's Cheese
1 Egg Yolk (Optional)
2-3 TBSP of White Sugar or Sugar Powder
Salt to Taste
1-2 Drops of Vanilla Extract
