*The Helping Hands Society Telethon will be held on Saturday, May 3rd at the Laurel Mall in Hazleton.  Stop by  the JCPenny wing at the Mall  from 12:00 noon until 11:00 PM.
 
The March of Dimes-  March for Babies Walk at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville Sunday, May 4. The walk steps off at 10:30.the donation to participate is 25 dollars.  You can also donate your time volunteers are always needed.

*On May 3, 2014, The Commonwealth Medical College (TCMC) American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Student Chapter will hold a Community Baby Shower. This event will take place from 10:00am to 1:00pm at our Medical Sciences Building, located at 525 Pine Street, Scranton.
 
The baby shower is free and open to mothers-to-be and expectant families with limited resources living in TCMC’s 16-county region of northeast and north central Pennsylvania. During the event, moms-to-be will play shower games and receive donations of new and gently used baby items.
