NEPA Labor Day Festival will be held on Monday,September1st in Kirby Park in Wilkes-Barre, from 10-6.


Adults 55 and older who want to learn more about using computers for fun may enroll in courses being offered at Pennsylvania College of Technology's main campus in Williamsport.
