D.U.I. Charge Against School Bus Driver Dropped

All other charges Benton Bus Driver Jennfier Watson were bound over to court. They include two counts of recklessly endangering another person and careless driving.
Benton, Columbia County- A Columbia County judge dismissed a D.U.I. charge against a school bus driver.

Jennifer Watson of Benton was in court for her preliminary hearing this afternoon.

Two students testified about Watson's actions back in March.

The students say watson took the wrong route home, was swerving on the road,  had dilated eyes and smelled like alcohol.

Watson admitted to police that she ate gin-soaked raisins to treat a headache before work.

Columbia County Assistant District Attorney says they were pleased with today's outcome.
