Controversial Race for Sheriff in Schuylkill County

A controversial race in Schuylkill County and it's for  sheriff  .
  Incumbent democrat Joseph Groody faces republican Patrick Reynolds, who recently ran into some problems with the law.
 Groody  was a police officer for 31 years before serving as county sheriff since 2008.

  Reynolds announced Monday he will stay in the race after he was charged with threatening a man who was trying to repossess his mother-in-law's car.
  The Gilberton borough police chief is looking for write-in votes to be the next Schuylkill County Sheriff.
  Mark Kessler is known for his controversial Youtube videos supporting the second amendment.
