On Monday, September 2 The Cooperage Project and the Campo Doro Vocal Institute of Beach Lake, PA invite you to a very special afternoon of musical performance. This ‘Musical Potpourri’ will feature 18 exceptional singers and concert artists, all students at the Campo Doro Vocal Institute. Lead by world-renowned performer and teacher Dorothy Stone, Campo Doro is a week long retreat designed to give singers an opportunity to immerse themselves in intense vocal and repertoire study in a supportive, non-competitive environment. This year’s participants include 10 individuals from the National Conservatory of Kosova. Featured VoceDoro artists include Katherine Corle, Anne Kirkland, Ezra Bershatsky and Denis Lambert with a special appearance by Dorothy Stone herself. The afternoon will feature a diverse and enjoyable selection of music including Classical songs, Broadway sets and Traditional Folk songs of both Kosova and America.

Join us on Monday, September 2nd at 2:30pm for a final recital of the 2013 Camp Doro and to celebrate a cultural exchange and collaboration between Europe’s Newest Country and our region’s own Campo Doro at the Cooperage! Doors open at 2pm. Suggested donation $20, but no one turned away.

The Cooperage at 1030 Main Street in Honesdale, is operated by The Cooperage Project, a not-for-profit organization that seeks to build community through performance, learning, and good times & good works. For more information please visit www.thecooperageproject.org or call 570.253.2020
