2013 Campaign
  

Every Campaign is different.

 

And 2013 proved to be a very good and generous year for the United Way.

Our goal of $400,000 was exceed by $114,000.

 

Going over goal is always a surprise and the credit is shared by many!

 

Thank you to EVERYONE who donated their time, talent, and dollars to make 2013 a great year!

 

Now onward to 2014!

All donations will go to the Emergency Heating Assistance Fund adminstered by the Berwick Salvation Army.

Extreme Couponing!

 

A coupon class will be held this Saturday, January 18th at 10a.m. at the First Reformed United Church of Christ, located on 2nd & Vine Streets in Berwick. 

 

The class is free and open to the public. 

If you are able to, we are asking people to bring a donation.  Some examples are box tops, labels for education, soda tabs, non-perishables, or personal hygiene items.  

 

 

Bethany United Methodist Church is collecting 

Clothing for their free Clothing Give-a-Way.

Drop Off donations at the main

entrance.

If you made $52,000 or less in 2013 you qualify to have your taxes prepared for free.

 

Appointments and drop off services available in both Berwick and Bloomsburg.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

 

The Berwick Beautification Committee is looking for volunteers to help plan the 2014 planting season.

 

This group keeps Market Street, Test Track Park, and the newly dedicated Heimbach Park

looking BEAUTIFUL.

Even if you do not have a "green thumb" you can still be a part of the Berwick Beautification Committee!
