1oz mayonnaise
1 leaf lettuce
3 rings sliced onion
4oz sliced turkey
1 oz cranberry chutney.

CRANBERRY CHUTNEY
1 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Cranberry Juice
1/8 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Peel of 1 Orange
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
