Wyoming Valley Relay for Life 2014

 Wilkes-Barre Township, Luzerne County- The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Wyoming Valley is going through Sunday, June 22. More than 30 relay teams are part of the walk at King's College Fields in Wilkes-Barre Township. The walk started Saturday morning at 10 o'clock and continues through the night. Sara Klinges, the Chairperson for this year’s event is especially pleased at the number of people and volunteers who are helping make this year's relay a success.
 “We're just grateful to our teams for all of their hard work and you know it's great to see such a great turnout and people coming out for such a great cause."

 Eyewitness News at 7 Anchor Brittany Sweeney took park in Saturday night's Relay for Life activities which included a lighting of luminaria candles for people who've battled cancer. The 24-hour relay for life of Wyoming Valley wraps up Sunday morning at 10 o'clock in Luzerne County.
