Work Continues on the Harrison Avenue Bridge

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU-TV)   Work continues on the Harrison Avenue Bridge in Scranton.
 
  The bridge connects Scranton's Hill section to the city's South Side.
  PennDOT tells Eyewitness News it's expected to open early next month, and is considered on schedule.
  The three-year project costs about 30-million dollars.
  Work right now includes adding ornamentation to give the new bridge an historic look.
