It's called "Geek the Library".
Officials say it's an opportunity for the community to let the library know what they "Geek Out" about and then the library can provide more books on those topics.
Right now only 37-percent of people in Williamsport have library cards.
The James V. Brown library is hoping that by the end of their campaign it will rise to 70-percent.
