Police believe the suspects stole 11 vehicles within the last few weeks, trashing at least two of them.
David Quick, 18, was arrested and arraigned Thursday morning.
Along with two other juveniles, who have not been identified, are accused of taking many of the vehicles to go joyriding.
As he was led out of the Old Forge Police Department, Quick admitted his involvement in the crime spree.
"I was involved but I didn't do it," Quick told Eyewitness News. When asked who did it, Quick responded, "I don't want to say."
Police say Quick stole tools from and then torched a truck that belonged to a local contractor.
Police believe Quick and the two other 17-year-old's also stole ten other vehicles from Old Forge, Moosic, Duryea and Scranton.
"It's kind of crazy. You can't believe somebody does stuff like that, you know," Louis Terruso of Old Forge said. "I didn't do stuff like that when I was a kid."
Besides the truck that was torched, police say another vehicle was driven off a cliff and destroyed.
Investigators say a majority of the vehicles that were taken weren't damaged at all though. Cops think the teens may have just taken them for joyrides.
"A couple of the vehicles that were taken, the kids admitted to us that they took them, drove them around throughout the area, Scranton, Old Forge, Moosic, even put gas in the vehicles and then returned them back to the same spot," Old Forge Police Chief Jason Dubernas said.
Many people in the Austin Heights section of Old Forge had heard about the stolen vehicles.
"I think it's terrible that they bother people's cars that they need to go to work everything," Rose Rutokowski of Old Forge said.
Police say the teens looked for vehicles that were unlocked or had their keys inside.
"I guess you've gotta keep your doors locked anymore. It's the way it sounds to me, it doesn't make any sense," Terruso said.
David Quick was sent to prison on $5,000 straight cash bail after being arraigned.
The two juveniles are expected to face charges in juvenile court.
