Wyoming Area teachers will strike for the second time this school year after the school board voted against the latest arbitration recommendations.
Tensions were high at Tuesday night's Wyoming Area School Board meeting as the board turned down an arbitration ruling passed by The Education Association.
The teachers have been working without a contract for nearly 4 years.
