Students Show off Their Art and Geography Skills to Commissioners

 SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU-TV) Students from an elementary school in Scranton showed off their art and geography skills on Monday.

 For the last several months, students at John F. Kennedy Elementary School have been studying the city of Scranton and its buildings.

The kids created a table-sized display of buildings like the courthouse, Trolley Museum, and Everhart Museum.

They presented their display at today's commissioners meeting.

  The Lackawanna County Commissioners honored the students for their artwork and display at a public meeting Monday morning.
