Special Church Service Kicks off St. Patrick's Day Celebration in Scranton

Little Sisters of the Poor in Scranton held its first ever Saint Patrick's Day celebration and feast Sunday- complete with all the Irish traditions.
  The International Congregation of Roman Catholic Sisters help seniors in need.
  Following a church service, residents and members of the community were invited to enjoy a dinner of ham, cabbage, and potatoes.
  Sister Kathleen Murphy was ecstatic, that the Inaugural celebration was a success.
  Proceeds from the dinner at Little Sisters of the Poor Saint Patrick's celebration go toward a new security system at Holy Family residence in Scranton.
