Romano Sentencing

Scranton, Lackawanna County- A former police chief in Lackawanna County was  sentenced on Friday morning.
 Former Scott Township Police Chief James Romano was in court for the sixth time Friday.
  Last year, he was charged with having a sexual relationship with a witness in a case he was investigating.
  Romano pleaded no contest to hindering apprehension.
  He now faces six months unsupervised probation.
