Residents Of Wilkes-Barre Neighborhod Concerned About Home Filled With Vermin

People in one Wilkes-Barre neighborhood- are dealing with racoons...

  The animals are living in a vacant house on 57 Taft Street.
   Neighbors told the I-Team the animals roam the streets by night..and are dangerous.
   A neighbor took some photos of the nocturnal animals.
    Wilkes-Barre health department workers and the state game commission were at the house on Friday.
The city condemned the home last summer.
    City officials say they're working to have the problems resolved. 
    Eyewitness News tried to contact the owner so far those attempts have been unsuccessful.
