WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)- It's a case that shocked and angered people across our region, a 12-year-old girl violently shoved to the ground.

It was caught on camera, and the I-Team helped bring about the arrest of the suspect. This morning, that suspect has her day in court.

Marlenea Uravage is charged this simple assault, and one video of the incident is key evidence.

It happened last month outside a Wilkes-Barre convenience store. 12-year-old Presley Keeney was standing on the sidewalk when she was approached by a man. He asked her for some food from her bag of snacks.
