Emily said she was driving on Highland Park Boulevard just before noon on Sunday when she heard sirens and saw a black Dodge Charger with blue and white flashing lights on its roof pull up behind her vehicle. Emily, who did not want us to use her last name, said, "He never asked me for Identification and just insisted that I get out of the car. I asked him for identification and he just kept insisting I get out of my car. I knew I had to get out of there."  Emily said she just knew something wasn't right. She told Eyewitness News, "He was not wearing a uniform or a badge only a white shirt with a tie and black pants." Wilkes-Barre Township Police Sergeant Mark Hampton offered some advice to all drivers, "It is okay to ask for I.D. A real police officer will understand. If you are suspicious about the traffic stop call 9-1-1.
