Dunmore, Lackawanna County -- Faded orange ribbons still cling to the telephone poles in Dunmore, the hometown of Frank Bonacci.

Jason Dominick is accused in the shooting death of Bonacci last July. Now ten days into his trial, the judge said the jury might have reached an impasse, which could lead to a hung jury and mistrial.

The jury has spent two days going over evidence and asking questions. On Friday, one of the 12 jury members was replaced by an alternate, and the judge told the jury to start over from scratch.

That's after almost 8 hours of deliberation Thursday, and another 4 hours of deliberation Friday morning. Since the alternate jury member came aboard, the discussion continued for another 6 hours Friday afternoon. That's a total of 18 hours from the beginning.

Dominick is facing charges of first degree murder, third degree murder, and conspiracy to commit murder.
