Torrential downpours causing problems in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania Friday morning.   Meteorologist Dave Skutnik has our Noon Update.  Plus, trees are down across the area. Eyewitness News found  a very large tree toppled at the Intersection of James Street and Ford Avenue  Friday morning in Kingston.
      It damaged three cars.
      No one was hurt.
Drivers had to slow down on the Cross Valley Expressway in Kingston  because of poor visibility.
In Wilkes-Barre, underpasses on Scott Street quickly filled up with water.
Part of the roadway has since been closed.
The wind whipped rain is making driving across the area a bit difficult. There is ponding on some area roadways.  If you see water in the road way the experts advise to turn around and avoid the area.
