Man Wanted in Connection in Shooting Death of Popular DJ in Court

 (WBRE/WYOU) One of the suspects in the shooting death of a popular Luzerne County DJ in court this morning    David Nealy   faced a judge Friday morning on homicide charges. Eyewitness News Reporter Lauren Hensley has our story.

    David Nealy told Eyewitness News before he entered the courtroom he was not guilty of the 2013  shooting death of a popular Luzerne County D.J.

    Nealy said he was 'innocent.'

According to a criminal complaint, he along with Roberto Battle are accused of gunning down Michael Onley also know as D.J. Mo in 2013.   

    The D.A says the shooting happened after a fight broke out during a drive-by shooting.

    In the courtroom the judge set no bail and ordered Nealy to be transported to the Luzerne County prison.

    Nealy is one of two charged in connection with Onley's homicide.

    His codefendant  Roberto Battle is currently  behind bars in New York on unrelated charges.
    

The arrest of the men come 4 years after D.J. Mo was gunned down.
