Man Shot By Police in Court -Charged with Assaulting His Grandmother

Sunbury- A man who was shot by Sunbury police was in court on Tuesday.
     Erick Trometter was shot by Sunbury's acting police chief in July.
    He's since recovered and is being charged with assaulting his grandmother.
    He lived with her at the time. She says he punched her leg and kicked her multiple times in the face.
   Police say her face was black and blue and swollen.
   Trometter was shot, as police were trying to apprehend him in that incident.
