An investigation is underway into reports of possible confusion on the part of a Luzerne County 911 dispatcher when a deadly fire broke out in Mocanaqua Thursday morning--  The I-Team obtained recording of the 911 dispatch which called out firefighters in the Conyngham Valley area a fire in Conyngham Borough-- the fire was actually burning in Conyngham Township some 15 miles away--    The Fire Chiefs for Valley Regional Fire Department and Sugarloaf Township told this reporter they knew the dispatch was incorrect within moments and radioed the 911 center to check their information-- They did respond to the call anyway since their is a similar address in Conyngham Borough--   Fred Rosencrans, Director of Luzerne County 911, told Eyewitness News, "We are aware of the situation and it is under investigation We cannot comment any further since this is a personnel matter--Efforts to reach the Mocanaqua Fire Chief have been unsuccessful---
