Scranton, Lackawanna County- A Scranton man who worked as a handy-man throughout Lackawanna County aas arrested today on fraud charges.
Joseph Senese was arraigned and sent to prison on 10-thousand dollars bail.
    According to county detectives, Senese took money from eight different people for home improvement projects but never did any work.
    Investigators say the victims were over the age of sixty.
    Many people contacted senese based on a listing in the newspaper and he required a down payment for half of the work.
    In all, Senese is accused of taking more than 14-thousand dollars from the people.
    Prosecutors believe there may be more victims out there.
