Senator Bob Casey is helping local people get jobs in the Marcellus shale industry. Not everyone thinks this is a good idea.   Senator Bob Casey says if workers in Pennsylvania don't get gas industry jobs, the jobs will go to other states. That's why he's pushing for laws to help provide gas industry training. Senator Casey was in Montoursville, Lycoming County recently to talk about his proposal. It's called the "Marcellus Shale on the Job Training Act," and he says it'll get specific training to the employees that need it. And it'll help obtain grants to pay for that training. Plus -- the president of the Lycoming County Chamber of Commerce says if the bill passes -- it will help the Lycoming County economy. He supports natural gas efforts ... But not everyone does. Some people in Lackawanna County are speaking out. They say the water in their Dimock community has been poisoned by the gas industry ... .....and they say they have gallons of contaminated water to prove it. Those protestors say they will deliver 50 thousand petitions to officials in Washington DC. Ultimately, they hope the EPA will reopen their investigation on drinking water safety in the area
