  Memorial Day Story of the Day- A Monument dedication in Snyder County.  It is the Eagle Scout project of Dillon Kerstetter-
  Valerie Tysanner will have the story on Eyewitness News at Five.

  4th Annual Finishing the Fight 5k Run/Walk will be held at Blakely Borough Recreational Complex, Peckville, on Saturday, June 7th.  Registration is 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. and race begins at 11:00 a.m.  Registration is $20. 

The Union County Library System, which includes The Public Library of Union County, Herr Memorial Library and West End Library, is hosting its annual Summer Reading Kick-off Event on Friday, June 6th at the Mifflinburg Community Park. This year's Summer Reading theme is "Fizz, Boom, READ" which explores all things science.

A Reminder-  Ellis Paul will be performing two shows at Wilkes University on Sunday, June 1st. The shows- A Family Show at 1 pm and An Evening with Ellis Paul will be at 7 pm.  Both shows will be at the Henry Student Center
