  He is charged as an accomplice to first and third degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Frank Bonacci last month. Eric Deabill is in Lackawanna County Court.

  A former priest is sentenced in Lackawanna County Court-  Eric Deabill will have the story.

  A federal grand jury is now investigating the theft of money from a Luzerne County fire department.
  It's connected to embattled Wilkes-Barre Townshp fire Chief John Yuknavich.  The I-Team's Andy Mehalshick will  have more on the story he first broke at Noon.

  On Eyewitness News at Seven on WYOU-  An update of all the day's news.  Plus, here is what else I, (Jayne Ann)  will have for you. 

  The first same sex marriage is performed in Lackawanna County.  Eric Deabill has the story.

  As a student of sign language I love this story-  A baseball team mascot who signs!

  Health Watch!  A robot that gives birth.  Very interesting story.

"Riot" 8pm on WOLF is….Tom Green and Andy Dick doing sketch comedy challenges….later at 9pm, the girls who "Wanna Marry Harry" dance at a pool party. 

"AGT" of course has more auditions….. and then on "The Night Shift" (10pm), Kenny works with an injured groom…who is hiding a secret from his bride. Both are WBRE.
WYOU has crime drama repeats tonight---including the time Reese's # comes up in
the machine (10pm on "Person of Interest"). David Letterman chats with Martin Short, Jimmy Fallon has Jonah Hill all in Late Night.
