Former Pocono Resort Owner Avoids Prison

The former owner of a Poconos honeymoon resort will not go to prison.
    Charles Poalillo was sentenced to three years probation this morning in federal court.
    The former owner of Penn Hills Lodge in Analomink, Monroe County, was accused of borrowing money from the pension funds of his own employees.
    A judge ordered Poalillo to pay back more than 307-thousand dollars.
