First Responders Treated to a Free Haircut

Pottsville, Schuylkill County- Empire Beauty School gives back to the community and says thanks with a haircut.
 
  
On Tuesday, Empire Beauty School treated First Responders to a trim at their locations in Pottsville and Moosic
   The event is  part of their giving back to the community campaign.
Organizers say it's a way of thanking first responders for all they do in the fight against domestic violence.
  Representatives with Empire Beauty School say since they've started the campaign, they've raised more than 500-thousand dollars nationwide to help domestic violence programs.
Plus- Empire also has a training - program exclusively for salon professionals helping them recognize possible signs of abuse in clients.
