The Fanny Float is an annual tradition in Williamsport. Thousands stop by to float down the Susquehanna River and support Andrew's Special Kids foundation. The foundation helps children with disabilities throughout Pennsylvania. At fifteen dollars a person, the fanny float is the group's big fundraiser.... Enabling the foundation to purchase adaptive equipment for special needs children as well as pay for out of state travel for doctor's appointments and therapies not covered by insurance.
