DUI Charges Filed in Deadly Pocono Crash

Blooming Grove Township, Pike County- State police investigators say Jonathan Woodruff had three times the legal limit for alcohol when the deadly crash happened.
  On Wednesday,  Woodruff turned himself in to state police in Pike County.
  Troopers say 53 year-old Patricia Edwards of Dingmans Ferry was killed in the crash on Route 7-39 in March.
  Police say Wooddruff crossed the double yellow line and struck Edwards' car head-on.
  State police filed numerous charges, including homicide by vehicle while d-u-i.
  Woodruff is being held on 25-thousand dollars bail.
