SHRIMP & SCALLOPS W/ SAUCE
4 OZ Clarified Butter
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Small Shallot, Minced
1/2 C White Whine
1/2 C Heavy Cream
12 Dry Sea Scallops, 16 10/20 Shrimp
