PALive in the Kitchen: Thirteen Olives

They're making their debut in the PA Live Kitchen.

Joining us is Eugene Litz, owner of Thirteen Olives.

He's making scallop ceviche using persian lime olive oil and honey ginger white balsamic.

Plus a mesclun green salad with peaches, strawberries cashews made with traditional balsamic and blood orange olive oil and a summer olive oil cake with raspberries, raspberry balsamic and whipped cream.
